Cotton Tops Boutique began over 12 years ago as a dream brought to life by Tina Rogers, a lifelong resident of Spanish Fort whose family has called the area home for six generations. As Tina enters retirement, she is passing the boutique on to the next generation, allowing the legacy of Cotton Tops to continue.

The name Cotton Tops holds a special place in Tina’s heart. Her grandparents affectionately called Tina and her children their “cotton tops,” a nickname that inspired the boutique’s name and serves as a lasting tribute to the love, family, and memories that shaped it.

Today, Cotton Tops Boutique continues with the same commitment to offering thoughtfully selected fashion, gifts, and exceptional customer service while honoring the story and traditions on which it was built.
